Find which engineers are nearest to the current jobs making job assignments more efficient.
Using the My Jobs App an engineers location can be tracked to find out which engineers are within the vicinity of the current jobs.
Selecting an engineer on the map will let you know when they last checked in so that you know when they were at the location shown.
Knowing where your engineers currently are allows you to keep your customers updated as to when they can expect someone on-site.
View the location of today's job on the map and with engineer tracking enabled see which engineers are within the vicinity.
Select a job on the map to view a summary of the job including the current status such as whether the job is in progress or complete.
Open the full job details with a single click to make any changes necessary to update the engineer that is assigned.
